Are you interested in being better at the stuff that really matters to you?  A  mindful coaching program called TeamUp Triad helps to do this.

 
Why it works

1.     Define areas where you want to progress

2.     Understand how your mind, personality and emotions work so you can optimally use them for your change process

3.    Get the support and motivation from two other     individuals and a facilitator

The 9 week program includes:

  • Weekly Skype calls with a facilitator and 2 others,

  • Supportive videos, reading material and access to a forum.

    • Topics include: understanding the way you think, behave and learn, working with your emotions, improving communication and developing your intuition
